According to our telephonic conversation, as you suggested, i logged my complaint through FAX and E-Mail on 12 JAN. But i did't receive any type of response from your side, and my Passport Status, as it is. -

Applicant's Date of Birth : 02-12-1987

Application Date : 04-09

STATUS: "Police Report is incomplete and the case is being examined "

Sir, I have make 4-5 complaint to you and Ghaziabad office, but did't get any response. Now it is my Humble request, please concider my request and give Instructions to corrosponding authority for issuing my Passport as soon as possible.

I am also attaching the Receipt of Application form. please concider my case.

I will be great ful to you and Passport Department.
