Did not receive voter id card

Earlier we used to stay in Himayathnagar, recently we have shifted to Abids now.during the the last elections the people who were inchare of issuing the voter id card took the responsibility of issuing the card at 7p.m. because we both I and my husband are working and as there is no possibility of receiving the cards during the day time, I request the concerned authority to arrange the persons incharge to issue the Voter's I.D. immediately to the address given below:
