Non receipt of confirmation of loan repayment

I had repaid my loan on 25/6/08 (vide cheque no. 310821 for rs. 24046/- )completely (file no.3609) but not received any written confirmation inspite of contacting the Pune reps.on numerous occasions. They act in the most arrogant manner including their manager. Want a strong action against them.
