I was recharged my airtel prepaid with 100 rs. on 07/08. But i've not recieved successful message and amount on my mobile. Thereafter i want to try logged this complaint through my mobile then not able to connect with customer care due to my card is not activated (my card validity is completed in july), that's why i was activate my card on 08/08 through Rs 91 scheme for life time and getting Rs. 75 talk time and then i was logged the complaint through my mobile on 08/08 and my complaint no. is 848422900. Everyday your costomer care executive were misguide me and said that "Your amount Rs 79 will updated within 24 hours". Now it is 13/08, still no satisfactory message and calls recieved from Airtel.
It is second incident with Airtel and Airtel was not satisfied me. It is very surprising that company and its customer are statisfied only in 100 Rs.
Your 121 facility also funny and no meaning. Suggest to close it.
I want quick decision on this issue.
