Dear Sir/Mam

My Order nr: 53474 (Dt: 04.06.2009) (Payment paid advance by Creditcard on same day_telephonically)

In regard to the above...

It is to inform you that i had placed an order for Gents Wallet & Belt set United Colors of Benetton (Quantity-2 nos) on 4th June 09 and confirmed that you will getting your product within max 12 days, but still it is not received by me. Whenever (daily 2-3 times) I am contacting their (Gift 360-on 18004251120) customer care, they are making me fool by responding that you will be getting this product by tommorow, today, after 2 days, 3 days, 5 days etc, this is harasing me in my personal life also i am unable to concentrate on my daily work.

When i asked them to return my money, they replied that once an order is placed no refund facility is there. What is this? Every time they are telling a lie, every time new excuses, i am thinking that their managers are trainig them how to handle a customer with making them fool, lies, lie commitments etc...

Please help me out and take a legal action against them.
