I would like to place on record the SAD & Disgusting status of the services provided by this gift services company.
I made 2-3 calls to their call centre to find out about the status of my online order placed on 19th August. Its sad to understand that it would take a month to despatch the goods to the consignee, that too after reminders. Still I am not sure when the consignment will be delivered.
I had made a call 10-12 days back to their call centre when someone told me in a 'stereotypical' manner that I would get the goods ordered on 16th Sept. I am unable to understand whether there is someone in the system who is looking into the functioning of the call centres, status of orders placed online & the quality of the services intended to be offered to the customers...
My online order number is 2902 where I had placed an order for two items.
