Dilivery is not timely

I writ a complaind of GIRIRAJ GAS AGENCY tehsil shergarh, distt. jodhpur, Rajsthan there are booked slynder for refling after 30 days but in rules this time is 21 day after booking they refill slynder after booking 3-5 days, & took money Rs. 341 per slynder at godown but it is rate of home delivery so per costumer is losed 7 Rs. per slynder. No arrengement for syppley to take a slynder a person late 4-5 hour

so i request please forward this complaint higher authority & take some action againest of this agency
