My above client is in receipt of your above referred letter dated 13.05.2008 and instructed me to inform you as under.
In this regard I have to inform you that details regarding applicant’s father as per ITD is correct as also full name of his father as per ITD database is correct. Date of birth of the applicant is 25-05-1941 as per correction application is correct. So, we request to issue fresh laminated PAN card after necessary correction and oblige. Your early action is highly appreciated as without PAN card my above client is facing difficulty.
