Usb modem not work

I have purchased a new TATA usb modem last four days ago.but till today it is not usable.whenever i made complain to hazra TATA shop they told someone will go at ur address, but till today no any response.

As i feel TATA service is not satisfactory because problem came in new items them what will be happen in next time, if it start.

i am fully frustrated about this TATA USB purchase.

Pls solve by today anyhow.
