Front wheel bubling

I m sandeep chawla i purchase the yamaha gladiator on 27th feb from shiva motors (o97) durga puri.and till now i had four free services done.when i purchase my bike next day i told my problem that there is some front wheel bubling to shiva motor engineer. he said me when u come for service we will solve ur problem but after four servvice had been completed but my problem is still there.and now they told me this problem is occurs due front rim problem and it have to be replaced.and u pay for that or they can give me insurance claim from illegal way but i don't interested to make any payment or use my insurance in illegial way because i purchase a new byke.i humble req to u plz replace the front rim of my byke free of cost.my ph no.9212332889. i hope that after u read my complaint u give me response as soon as possible.reg no DL5SX8996 ANDunique no is 7012302909b27 send by u.
