I complaint to global automobiles cutomer care on 05.12. complaint copy given below.
Dear Sir,
Sub: Manufacturing default with lot of technical problems Global rock-100 bike
Ref: Engine No: GXBAE08FP00564
Chasis No: GXMCBAFL08FP00564
I had purshased the vechile of Global automobiles- Rock-100 bike from your alwar dealer, Ms.rahul auto., I had purchased the vechile in cash. But next day morning itself we noted the petrol tank leakage & took the vechile to the dealer, they change some thing and return the vechile on the same day.
Again i faced the problem on 17th september. Immedietly i informed your service center to collect the vechile from my home. They serviced the vechile and given back after two days. On the next day i met with the starting problem. Again i left the vechile for the repair. They changed the small bulb and gave the vechile to me as it is.
When i drive the vechile to some meters it self, there was a smoke on or near the right handle bar & took again to the service centre and left it for more than five days for service. This is my first attempt. Like this i left the vechile for more than three times. After that they gave the vechile back, on the next day again i faced the same problem like this iam giving the vechile for service every once in two days and getting back the vechile after five to six days only.
I had already informed about this problem to your alwar dealer Manager Mr. L.c.jain & the Service Mechanic Mr. Yogesh jain but no use of it. They informed me that it is purely because of "manufacturing Default"
But they are not taking any effect to clarify it. Y'day also i left the vechile for the same default only. From the date of purchase the vechile is under service centre for repair is more than to me.
I think it was with me only for ten to countable days. So we want to surrender the vechile to you itself. If you can Kindly arrange the money by back to us which ever we paid you, or otherwise give a new vechile which ever brand is good. After getting your confirmation only iam ready to take the vechile from your dealer.
I am awaiting for your reply highly appreciated, or otherwise i will go to the alternate steps.
