Dear sir,

I have received my EPF settlement letter from Employees provident fund organisation, 341 Bhavishya nidihi bhavan Bandra (E) Mumbai-400051. Dated 23-01-09 my pf account no is MH/21396A/1015

The cheque numbers are,

1.89180 dated 22-01

2.187195 dated 22-01-09.

It has not been credited to my bank account so for my bank details are

KARUR VSYA BANK LTD

HALSOOR BRANCH

BANGALORE-08.
