Dear Sir

I hadbought Golbal card on Reliance on 11th of this month ataround 4 PM for Rs 115/- to make a call to UAE.

After getting itrechaged I found that I am unable to make a call through their Global Calling service. I taled to Custamer care. They told me system is busy & try after some time. I made several efforts to make a call but could not get it. Finally I go it done through other service provider.

Next day when again, I called up cutomer care they told me that due to some unknown technical problem it was nto working but in next 12 hours it would be resolved . but nothing happended. Then I esclated this issue but nothing happended. Then I asked them for refund f my money. They refuse to refund that amopunt saying that Co do nto have any refund policy. My concern is I have paid Reliance to get some service at perticular tim. But Company failed to deliver the service. Its not my fault Why sould I bare the loss. I do not having any requirement of calling card now any more.

My money should be refunded. No body form the management taking it reriously & I am not getting any proper response.

I have wasted almost 3-4 hours & approx another 50/- to register my compalin.

Need your help for the same how can I calim my compensation
