False commitment by DSA Global Direct on behalf of Vodafone

I would like to register a complain against Vodafone DSA - Global Direct. Executive from Global Direct, Thane Branch

I am an Airtel user. My airtel nuber is 9987598952. Mr. Bharat Tolani visited me on 10th July. I was told that I am eligible for two Vodafone connections under the CYOG scheme meant for existing Airtel customers. I was assured that I will get the connections within 7-10 days and that I would also get a choice of numbers wherein he will try to retain the last four digits '8952' in my new vodafone connection. I paid Rs. 599 and got a receipt for the same.

Receipt number is GD-AJ-2685 and request number is 94. I was told that I will get a confirmation call wherein I will also get a choice of Vodafone numbers. An executive from Vodafone visited my residence for confirmation but I never got any call from Vodafone to choose the numbers. Two numbers - 9930815827 & 9930815837 - were imposed upon me. On Monday i.e. 27th July I recieved the first SIM (9930815837) and on 28th July I got the second SIM (9930815827). I once again complained to Global Direct that I need a choice of numbers and would not settle for any random number. I was asked to start using the connections and told that I will get a call from Vodafone for the number choice.

Today i.e. on 29th July a executive - Mr. Santosh - from an agency contracted by Vodafone visited my residence for confirmation. I did not sign on the documents and registered my complain in the feedback form furnished by him.

I have registered a complain on 111-Vodafone Care and also informed Global Direct regarding the issue. I have been harassed and inconvenienced due to poor customer service by Global Direct for the past 19 days. I want to lodge a complain with consumer forum against all the parties - Global Direct & Vodafone - involved in this issue.
