on 3rd of sept Mr. Dushyant Patil (manager-Naveen Khanna) had visited with a scheme known as newgk 299 which was as follows;
rental-rs 299
First 300 v2v free
60 p for all local calls
50p for all local as well as national sms
rs 1 flat in roaming for outgoing, incoming and sms
life time caller id, itemized bill, gprs activation free
for old nos that are 9820399810 and 983381141
To avail this scheme 2 new nos were to be purchased which were recieved on 11th september having nos 9930425729 and 9930425730 having the reciept no 160724 and 160725 respectively.
Two bills have arrived after that but not even 10% of the said scheme has been activated.
Rs 1200 were paid in cash for the new sim cards and deposit purposes.
After that whenever i tried to contact Mr Dushyant Patil or Naveen Khanna they have not yet been contacted till date and there is no response from there side the only reply being we will give you a call as soon as Mr Naveen Khanna is available at office..
So i want you to cancel the two new nos and refund the money paid for the same ie Rs1200.
And also necessary action be taken against global direct for fooling people and i need a callback and positive response asap.
We were also told that the schemen shall be activated within a weeks time.
We were told that the scheme shall be active within a weeks time and till date such scheme is not even available or know to Vodafone people.
