I am a Government employee at Charniroad Press. I would like to register a complain against Vodafone DSA - Global Direct scheme and services.
Mr. Pravin Pawar (a representative Under Manager Mr. Amit Roy) visited me on 23rd July. I was told that I am eligible for two Vodafone connections under the CYOG scheme meant for existing Airtel customers. I was assured that I will get the connections within 7-10 days. I paid Rs. 600 and got a receipt for the same.
Receipt number is GD-AR-19263 and CAF No. 15069390/98 scheme: CYOG. Plan GK199x2 .
I have not received the the Sim till now and would like to cancel the order and want the refund of payment the same is not being accepted or done by vodafone service centre
would be highly obliged if needful can be done after posting this complaint.
