I am ex-employee of Global Health city, Chennai. I was deputed in the month of January to Padmapriya global Hospital (PGH) when global had tie up with Padmapriya hospital from the year 2008. In 2009 August, global separated from PGH and we are taken back to Global hospital.
Now I have quit global and applied for Pf. When applying it has come to notice that Global Hospital made such a way that I have resigned Global in January and I have joined in PGH from February as new employee without my knowledge. But really it is only deputation. Even my relieving and experience letter says Global employee only.
They have maintained 2 pf accounts without my notice and it is falling in 2 different PF offices. Another one is they have not registered with PF office regarding the formation of PGH as they left it in the previous name as Padmapriya Hospital.
Now whatever fund deposited in PGH under my account is denied, as there is no PGH. When I have requested Global health city to help me getting my fund, but they are very irresponsible and answering me that they cant do anything on this issue. My Pf account having fund of Rs. 25000 deducted from my salary. In addition Global health city having the system of deducting both employer share 12 % and employee 12 % both from employee only.
