I AM A CONSUMER OF GLOBAL INDANE, INDANE GAS DISTRIBUTING AGENCY IN BHUBANESWAR, ORISSA.MY CONSUMER NUMBER IS 3254.I AM TRYING TO CONTACT TO THE AGENCY FOR BOOKING OF A CYLINDER WHICH HAS EXHAUSTED FOR THE LAST 7 DAYS IN THE LAND LINE NUMBERS 0674-2472622, 2471622.THE PHONE NUMBER IS BUSY MOST OF THE TIMES.IF IT IS FREE THEY DO NOT RESPOND.ONE EMPLOYEE FROM THE OFFICE PICKED UP THE PHONE.BUT HE DID NOT ANSWER.I AM A SERVICE HOLDER.ITS DIFFICULT FOR ME TO EXTRACT TIME FOR THIS TEDIOUS JOB.IS THIS TYPE OF SERVICE DESIRABLE.IS IT NOT THE MORAL RESPONSIBILITY OF THE AGENCY TO ATTEND TO THE CALL AND PROBLEMS OF THE CUSTOMER.THE PEOPLE PAY FOR THE SERVICE WHICH IS EMERGENCY SO TO SAY.I WANT IMMEDIATE SOLUTION FOR MY PROBLEM.MOREOVER IT SHOULD BE ENSURED THAT THIS TYPE OF CARELESS ATTITUDE AND SERVICE IS NEVER REPEATED.
