PAYTM om line mobile recharge
Money deducted rechare not done since 30 hrs

Hi,

PAYTM an online mobile rechrge org had taken rs500 for rechage my BSNL no but they wont rechage it and not refunding money since 30 hrs

They given one order id-36537967

When i am trying to contact them they teling that there is some fault in operator side but BSNL operato saying that no such transation is done

so plese help me regarding this matte
