IT refund not received

My name is Nupur Sharma, proprietor of Global IT Consultancy, Pune. I have not got any Income tax refund from the Income Tax department for the FY 2007 return. it is already been two years. please help me to recieve the refund. My Pan No. is BFWPS7152D.
