Myself is Danveer from Faridabad. I've one Vodafone Pre-paid connection. My cell no. is 919873808704.

Oneday, A agency named Hinson Corporation, Okhla called me to convert it into Postpaid Connection. I felt to do so...

An Executive came to me & allotted me a Sim & took Rs. 250/- from me. Afterthat, he told me to submit my documents to him. I gave him my documents. He said that my address is not in NCR. Till the time, SIM was unusual for me.

Then, I called Customer Care. One executive told me one way to continue me services. I went to a Vodafone Store, NIT Faridabad. I submitted my further documents there including Company Verification Letter & our Agreement with Landlord. Miss Ruchi forwarded my all documents to Vodafone Care on dated 08/01 with Reference No. : 1475864132. She said that Verification would be held within two or three days.

But, no Executive came to me & no call was made to me. I went there again & told her. She sent the request again & told me. But, no executive came to me till now. Today, I went there & told her about the same. Where, Miss Ruchi from Vodafone Store, NIT Faridabad is working & reponsing me properly then why not those Executives who are been hired for verification.

We are using many genuine & cooperate Vodafone Post-paid Connection in our office. I can take a cooperate connection. But, I wanna this connection on my own ID Proofs. Whatever Miss Ruchi suggested me to do, I did that all.

Kindly help me in the same case. Wishing for ur positive response.
