Reliance Walky Classic 2208 dead since 1 month

I purchased Reliance Walky Classic 2208 Fixed Wireless on 11th Feb from Global Telecom for

Rs. 1200/- and submitted copies of pancard, Electricity Bill (2 months old) and Telephone bill (Latest) alongwith the application form. It was working fine for 1 week but after that it stopped working. I complained to Global Telecom but he everyday makes some excuse. My phone is dead. please do the needful at the earliest.
