Global Telelinks seems to have THE MOST ANNOYING PRACTISE THAT CONSTITUTES SIMPLE HARASSMENT-plus their guys dont UNDERSTAND ENGLISH. I am livid with rage at the 50 plus calls made to my numbers asking me to recharge.
I don t use that many mins-PERIOD and I don t care if the service expires--they are not the only players in this filed. I HAVE REPEATEDLY TOLD EACH ONE OF THEM
1. NOT TO CALL UNLESS MY ACCOUNT IS DOWN TO 400 MINS
2. I HAVE NOW TAKEN TO SCREAMING AT EACH ONE OF THEM BECAUSE THEY DON T GET IT
3. I HAVE SPOKE TO THEIR SUPERVISOR and they noted my account
4. IT SEEMS THEIR AGENTS CAN T READ EITHER--THEIR IGNORANCE AND STUPIDITY AMAZES ME IN THIS WORLD OF CUSTOMER CARE AND THIS LOWER THAN THE WORST I HAVE EXPERIENCED
5. They call my wife and keep jabbering away in un-understable english and she is not Indian and to highlight their ignorance they keep assuming she is--I am simpley amazed at their incredible ignorance on basic customer care--if you wish to keep a customer then "harassment" is not the way
BUT THEN IS THIS COMPANY CAPABLE OF UNDERSTANDING EVEN THIS
