Global Vision is an NGO being operated out of Mumbai. This is a completely fraud company and is run by a bunch of crooks. I have had the experience to work with Vishal Adhikari (aka Vishnu) from their Kurla branch and he is an out and out idiot. He makes false promises to female interviewees and then starts to exploit them. At the time of the interview he promises huge salaries so people join the company but then he never makes the full salary payment. He will also never make the salary payment on time but will delay it for a month.
Here are some other facts that you will not be told about when you join the company under Vishnu.
1. You will have to go everyday to the field, residential complexes, shops, malls, and ask for donation. sometimes even asking for Rs 25 or Rs 50.
2. You will not be allowed to talk to your colleagues in office. They will follow you into the toilet also so you are unable to talk to your colleagues.
3. You will not be allowed to take personal phone calls in the office as the company does not trust you.
4. When you join the company, they will treat you very well for the first 3-4 days and then they will start exploiting you.
5. He will ask you to work on Sundays. If you refuse, he will not pay your salary.
TAKE MY ADVICE... DON'T WORK FOR GLOBAL VISION..FIND YOURSELF ANOTHER JOB. YOU WILL DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR.
