Respected Sir,
I am Dr. Jai Kumar Sharma. I have an account in Globe Capital, mansarover, Jaipur. My trading ID is Z2K110. I am suffering with Globe capital.
1. Date 8/7 I ordered to Mr. vinay Bhatiya that record the premarket order of Cals Refinery’ bse code (52665) 3300 share at the rate of 0.95 paisa. But he sold only 300share at the time of 9:56 am at he rate of 0.95 paisa and he did not sell rest of 3000 share but in that day 200000 share sold continuously till 10:15 at the rate of 0.95 paisa after that the company share come down continuously seller pack below 0.55 paisa. So why they did not sell rest 3000 share.
2. For the above purpose I call him and meet him personally but he did not give me satisfactory answer.
3. I also sent E-mail to Mr.vinay Bhatiya and Mr. Pradeep bisla at mat them but they did not give me any alternative.
4. After that I told them to listen the phone recording but they did not do that.
5. After that I sent the complaint via fax to Delhi and their local office but they said to me that the fax machine was not working. So the answer would not come.
6. (a) they charged me different –different brokerage rate for buying and selling in intraday trading. I also complaint this matter but they did not give me any claim and said to me that that is software mistake.
(b) they charged me for cal & put option 99.99 INR in one bill and 25 INR in another bill So I complaint for this matter they did not give me any satisfactory answer.
(c) Once a day my account deposit was 10, 000 INR and that day I bought 5000 INR in Nifty fifty option rest of 5000 INR but did not buy any share rest amount of 5000 INR.I asked for that so they told me that was SEBI rules that double deposit of money. If I purchase any things of Rs.5000 at market price so nobody get double price of thet amount of deposit.
7. now they tell me that go any where like SEBI and Court you case could not justice.
So I request you Kindly justice with me. Because they highly mental torched me andI am highly depress for loss of my money.
