Not issue certificate and placement

Hello Sir,

I am Anurag Jain. I have completed my GNIIT in 2005. When i was enrolled in 2002 I had got discount in my fee. And I have submitted my all fees as my fee structure. Now I want my certificate and placement as per the rule NIIT says. So that i contacted to my centre head, but now she is saying I did not get any discount in my fee so that my fee amount is due, and I have to submit all dues. I am not able to submit all this amount now. And I want my placement. Please help me.
