Dear sir,
We have a Indane LPG gas connection supplied through GNS gas service, Shanti Nagar, Hyderabad. I find it extremely difficult to contact them over phone regarding booking cylinders or any enquiry. There is one in a million chance of getting them over phone. It is absurd that ur expected to go in person for booking a cylinder. I hope the customer service department (if they really care) would do something to set things right.
