Dear sir,

Sub.- Settlement of Pending issue under complaint no.17207 dt.08.06.09

Due to my shifting of establishment, I submitted the Cylinders & Regulator at M/S Manikamal Gas Agency, Bolpur. Accordingly I procured the Termination Voucher

(No.21404820000363 dt.17.05.2009).

After few days I personally met with M/S Gobind Gas Power, they noted down the

Termination Voucher Number & returned the same with comment to meet after One

Month & if verification report found to be correct, then only they go forward for a

new connection. I requested them to do the verification process over telephone so that

a new connection can be given earliest as I do not have any alternative cooking arrangement.

I enquired the status several times and at the end I lodged a complaint as referred above.

I telephoned the Indane authorities several times and at the end on 22.06.2009 Mr. Samir Saha, Dy. Manager personally interfered into the matter and ultimately solved the problem by supplying cylinders and regulator. I am grateful on his attitude.
