Dear Sir,

I have booked auto matic washing machine Model NoGWF . FDH 6.5 KGDAC METALIC CARMINE ON 21/07/09 thro your marketing person VIlas 1485. I gave full amount cheque Immediately.

He came back on 22/07 and said i told wrong amount, you have to pay extra Rs.1600. We ready to give extra payment, but he told we have not stock that Model, we have Stock for MODEL GWF FDHP ONLY.

Then i said, I cancelled order, Then he talk to some other thro mobile, Now he said, sorry we have stock for this. He take order from me Order Application Form is 1191603 dt 22/07/09, he promise me, deliver date is 25/07.

i have recd call From Bhiwandi, we have to dispatch on 26/07 at 10 AM.

I have wait, but not delivered, and tell lies, your wife says that we have financial problem. so we have not delivered. Suppose i have financial problem why i go to buy automatic washing machine.

I & my wife called many more times to bhiwanti on 27/07, they said, we have to deliver after 6 pm today itself.

Not yet recd i have not recd.

Please tell me what is going on your team.
