I had bought a godrej 3 door slimline with half locker and partition from godrej authorised dealer in shillong whose proprietor is a mr. B.B.verma. There are several dents on the right side single door visible of traces of welding done from inside. When same was pointed out i was made to beleive that these are company finish but i found out at other shops that they have no such visible dents on similar piece of product. Besides doors are not closing smoothly and making a lot of noise. Complaints about it have been made to the proprietor who tried to rectify it but same is not rectified. On request for changing the piece now he does not takes the call and put the blame on me that it should have been checked at the time of installation and he is not answerable at this stage of any type of complaints. The problem for smooth door closing was pointed out during installation but he made me convinced that same will be smooth after few days of use as product is new . now i find difficult to close and open all three doors. This piece was purchased in the month of October.
