New locker very worst

I purchased godrej safety locker in coimbatore godrej lifespace store the locker full of scratches it seems an old piece its not locking well also the keys are very old and rusty..safe without wooden case... i totally disappointed when i called senthil manager of godrej life space very worst responce i paid 25000 for old piece please kindly take necessary action
