I have purchased Godrej Pentacool Refrigerator 180 litres with Sl. No.125073 from M/s Southern Agencies, G.T.Road, Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh on 23.10.2004. During the period of Guarantee we faced so many problems regarding cooling effect and every time the technicians expressed the Compressor failed. Two times compressor was replaced with my expenses of Rs.800 or something. 10 days back again the same complaint i.e. failure of cooling. Three days after giving complaint technician came and checked the refrigerator and he said it is in good condition. But cooling effect is not there. Again he checked the Refrigerator and said Compressor failed. Each and every time the Technicians expresses compressor failure and needs replacement. Service from the dealer is worse and unskilled technicians here do not find out the real problem. Yesterday they came and taken away my Refrigerator for replacement of Compressor. I have vexed with the frequent problem of this Refrigerator and even I thought to dispose off the Refrigerator to Iron Scrap. I have taken Godrej product because of its reputation. But seems "NAAM BADA DARSHAN CHOTAA". Bad technicians and poor service here dismount the product reputation. Kindly do the needful to draw the good attention of the customers.
