I purchased Godrej Pentacool few years back. Recently it was not cooling and the compressor LED was continously in ON condition. I registered a complaint in the godrej smartcare (no. 521247). First of all there was no proper response from the authorized service provider. Finally after waiting for a week, one techinican came & without even opening the door, said the compressor is not working. So we have to replace the compressor. He gave us a bill of 3745/- and said he will send the service technican tomorrow. This person came with a new compressor and replaced the old one.
This person was not ready to even test whether the refrigerator was working fine or not. After he left i waited for 5 hours, thinking maybe it will take time to work. But even after 10 hours, the compressor LED is still ON & no cooling.
I call the service techinician on his phone, he refused to talk & said to raise another complaint. He his language was not good. Currently my refrigerator is not working i don't know whom to approach.
Godrej - please help.
