We purchased Godrej Refrigerator Model RF 02a57 from a dealer called VGP in malleshwaram, bangalore, hardly a week we got problems and the VGP told it is manufacturing defect, so they replaced it after 10 complaints from our side. So, we got a replacement .fridge, though it started working ok by God's grace, we had done and AMC contract with godrej and a extended warranty for 4 years, bt, we have still now not GOT A FREE SERVICE FROM THE SERVICE CENTRE IN BANGALORE.
This is inspite of calls from service centres that we are coming for service, PLEASE STAY AT HOME, BUT, NO ONE EVER COMES.
Then, we ordered for the stand ie the fridge stand, thy came after 1 week's time, so during that time the technician did something after which our fridge started to HEAT instead of COOLING. We again gave serveral complaints, because all our storings in fridge had tobe put in dustbin. Thanks to serviceguys!
Then after 2 days a guy came and did sme repair and told tht while fixing the friedge stand, sme alteration had been done, tht is why heating instead ofcooling.
Now 2 weeks back bottle and chiller traywere broken so when we lodged a complaint no one is coming for rectifying. Manager asistant told he wll look into it and within 2 hours i got a call from his technician enquiring the details, when is said my problem, he said THERE IS NO STOCK AND FOR FREE SERVICE GO AND ASK THE COMPANY, NOT ME, OK.
My complaint no 986991, i spoke to branch office, manager, Sushil Kumar, he said no stock is there is not possible, someone has misled u and said ultimately he will inform sme bangalore service centre and look into it.
If this is not going to be done in a day or two, I AM DEFINITELYCANCELLING MY AMC CONTRACT.
People of bangalore are blessed to be serviced for these appliances, great work.
