We have purchased one Godrej Semi Washing Machine
in Nov. I made one complain on 15.09.2008 regarding
non working of machine due to broken spin door.
Till date we have been not provided spare and our complain
has been not attended seriously.
I vow herewith not to purchase any Godrej Product in future
even though it is Indian company due to very very poor customer
service. FYI earlier we were having WHIRLPOOL washing machine
and we did not face any service related problem.
