Car damage while shifting by the goel movers and packers

I had hired goel for my shifting of goods from kanpur to nagpur, there marketing person told all lies and while packing nothing was like told, i was promised that bill will be given to me by courier and then by there person and when i phoned they said bill is in my car, my car has got damaged while shifting and even after several complaints to Mr Satvir and Mr Devendar at Lucknow nobody is responding rather they are quite arrogant in language also, i want my problem to be settled, but they are not bothered, the behaviour is like a small transporter and not like a big packers and movers
