Non issuance of bill

I shifted my house within Mohali on 28th March, through Goel Packers and Movers. Till date they have not issued the bill for the same, despite numerous phone calls to Customer care in New delhi aswell as Chandigarh and online complaint on their web site. This is despite the fact that the entire amount including taxes was paid in cash before unloading of the stuff.
