On 24/12/08 we went to Golden Chariot Restaurant at hub mall goregoan (e) mumbai-63, we ordered for a hot & sour soup we found a broken glass peice in the soup for which we complained to the staff they were sorry for the same but when they got the bill then charged us for the same soup and said that they had given us discount of Rs359/- on the total bill of Rs 3903/- I would like to know where should we lodge complaint against this were the action can taken against them.
The cashier Akash has given us in writing that the glass peice was found in the soup with the resturant stamp on the bill.
