Goodrej Refrigrator
Service request not attended past one week

Hi,

I have a Goodrej refrigerator and have a problem with not working. I have booked complaints on 01st September through their customer service and have received a complaint registration ref no 994659. But unfortunately no one have attended the case despite repeated reminders and having a warranty. Goodrej from my experience has the worst after service response and the i regret in buying the product. I'm not sure if this will help me in any way but want to register to ensure they improve the service which is pathetic.
