Retrieval of Gmail id

Hi,

My gmail account is hacked and now security question is also changed please help. It is very urgent because that was official Mail ID. Please send me procedure how can I retrieve it.

I had also contacted in Google Call Center phone no. 0124-4512900 at Gurgaon, but they does'nt reply satisfactorily.

Kindly help me out, as there is very important data in my mail id.

I would really appreciate if quick action would be taken towards the Retrieval of Gmail id.
