I bought a crosstrainer exercise bike from Kakurgachi Pantaloon showroom. The brand name is Fitking - K610 model. During the sell Pantaloon promised that I will get a lifetime service for the product.
Now the tension belt is damaged and I reached out to Pataloon Kankurgachi showroom after trying for 3 days (no body even bothered to pickup the phone for 3 days).
They told me that they don't deal with the brand any more and for any service I need to connect with Newtown Home Town showroom. He also gave me a contact number which is invalid.
I reached out to east zonal office and talked to them on the problem. They told me that I need to talk to the store. After a lot of discussion they promised me that somebody from their Home Town deptt will call me back, which never happened.
The person I talked to is Mr. Rajib.
Again another instance of extremely bad service and cheating from Future group.
