Delay Domestic Gas Services

I have Indian oil domestic LPG gas connenction (Double Gas Cylender) last 26 years old, I am suffering from delay delivery after 34 days gas services last 3 years. Distributor always said that gas supply problems and huge Coustomer Holder. (Gas reached to home after 15 days booking and after 20 days again gas reached to home). But other areas gas supply no porblems like Behala Manton, New Alipore, Lake Gardens, Rash Behari, Tollygunge, Ballygunge, Jadvpur etc.
