Dear Sir,

I am holding above prepaid number from last four years. You can check history of this phone; it is not for only incoming calls. We used it for outgoing calls also. It is my resident phone. We both are working and in the day time only 2 kids age 13 & 11in the house.By mistake they have activated the Jokes service (Recd from phone # 54321). (It is due to a lot of promotional calls and message came from Air tel and others.

I have been requesting to customer care from last month to discontinue this service. But customer care executives are so bad nature person (can`nt express over mail) that they also promised me that it will discontinue with in 48 hours but till date result is zero. When I give them old request number and asked reason for not discontinue their reply always same that their system is under up gradation, call after 4 hours. I am fed up with this type of answer and not using phone. They have blocked customer care services of this number. If I request them from another phone they enforce me to call from your own number than only they will take request. This time I am full determine that I will not recharge it until services from 54321 discontinue.

Finally On 5th Oct evening Mr. Bhupender (CSR) given me Request # 100533438800 and promised that Service will be discontinue on 7th Oct.

I request you to please Discontinue all type of promotional Services from my above phone and also all type of services from phone # 54321 either it is free or payable.

If you are not discontinuing above service from my phone it means you are forcing me to destroy SIM and switchover to another service.
