With reference to the subject cited above, it is to inform that on 18.01.2008 the undersigned has received PAN Card No. AMKPR8123M alloted by your office. But on checking the PAN Card, it is found that name is written as BHARAT RONIT instead of BHARAT ROHIT and father's name is written as BAVLABHAI RADAKBHAI RONIT instead of BAVLABHAI RADAKABHAI ROHIT.
