Dear Sir

I am resident of (R.No. C-20, Plot No. 809, Shree Samarth CHS Ltd., Sector-8, Charkop, Kandivali (W) Mumbai-400067. I applied for voter ID in month of Nov. 2008 and offier's told us we will get voter ID in Dec. But I not received any ID at present.
