Long pending online registration

Sir,

I have been trying for online passport registration... i was given File No. hydi18822408 and date of appointment was 4 th September... but giving confirmation to the given appointment date... its followed by a window showing error in server... kindly look into the matter as 'Identity certificate' which is to be submitted by any govt is going to expire.
