Invalid id & password from branch

Sir,

I applied for internet banking account. I got id and password on 07.04.2009 from bank. they said that account wll be activated within 2 days but still i am waiting for it as on today i.e 13.04.2009

whenever I try to login on onlinesbi.com it says invalid username and password. I approached the bank officers about this. But their reckless attitude and callousness to this issue of a customer is very much unwanted, dissapointing and unprofessional. It should not be expected from a reputed bank like SBI.Request for an enquiry and the needful for activation of the facility.
