Our Contract Form No. 2098 dated 02.05.2009 contract value of Rs. 8800/- against the services provided by you as per mentioned on your contract form i.e. 12 Month classic listing of Enquires 25000 Nos of SMS distribution for our company advt. promotion YSB for 1 Year. The Payment against above contract will be given by us vide Cheque No. 536950 dated 01.05.2009 of Rs. 8, 800/- drawn by Andhra Bank, Noida.
We would like to inform you that from the date of contract to till date we have not received any type of enquiry from your company and also pending the SMS promotion YSB (website) for 1 Year.
This matter will discussed so many times with your customer care department office at Info Network Management Co. Ltd., 102/103/104, Padma Tower - II, Rajendra Palce, New Delhi-110008, Tel: 47057888 and also will called everyday but there person should not responding us.
In this circumstances we wanted to Return our money immediately without any delay, otherwise we take a legal action against your company and also complaining in Consumer Court India for claiming the money and giving the address of your company to News Channel / Paper because of your company is Fraud and Fake.
Take this matter is very urgent, otherwise we take the action is very earlier.
