I am staying in aminpark soiciety which is formad on bases of 21st Scheme. We have to pay housetax from vadodara municipal corporation and also we have to pay "Mehesul" to Gram panchayat. I would like to understand why we have to pay two diffrenet tax. Is there any law then what is the law
