Respected Sir
I am Chinmay Goyal, currently living in Darbar Colony which comes under Baral 2nd (village) in periphery of gram panchayat and bijainagar nagar paalika. I like to complain on the both because no one is interested to solve the issue of drainage facility of our colony. Here in our colony all the drainage are poorly constructed and everybody direct the contaminated water according to their own convenience. As a result all drainage are not properly channel and many of their water flows on road. This problem persist in our whole colony specialy near my house. We have complained to both gram panchayat and bijaingar municipal cooperating but both are transferring this on each other as a result problem is remain as it is. I am very much fed up with this and my house is surrounded with pungent smell.
It is definitely fault of either of gram panchayat or bijaingar nagar paalika.
Sir i want to take legal action against it so that problem will get solve as soon as possible. I don't know how can i proceed. Please i need your valuable suggestions for it. If this problem gets prolong, health related issues will arise in future..
